and set within the luxury Altea Hills Estate, next to the Nature Reserve of
the Morro de Toix. The property is 10 minutes walking distance from Mascarat
beach and the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina with its bars and restaurants.
This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of the Mediterranean.
The townhouse is air conditioned and beautifully furnished to a extremely
high standard, it is spacious and light and the large terrace is perfect for
dining and sunbathing, in addition to the terrace it also has its own
private landscaped garden that looks over the sea and pool. The pool area
has sea views and is set in landscaped surroundings with pool and garden
lighting.
